Just talking about Beaujolais makes me thirsty for the stuff, and so this extended interview with Nicolas Miellly of Château de la Chaize had me rushing to my modest cellar on a mad search to find some of their lovely juice.
Last week Nicolas gave us a potted history of the estate followed by a whistlestop tour of the three Cru they produce wines from, whereas this week he gives us an insight into the two wines available in the Ontario market, the excellent 2019 Brouilly and the 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé.
