This weeks sees Good Food Revolution check in again with Laura Catena and Marina Castillo of Bodega Catena Zapata.

Last week we discussed two of their most recent releases, the Pasarisa and the Paraje Altamira Malbecs.

This week sees Laura take us into the strange and wonderful world of “Catenamics”.

We last spoke with Laura back in spring of 2020, at the very beginning of the pandemic, and so it was great to catch up again.
