Having already interviewed Tobey Nemeth and Michael Caballo about the opening of their new Niagara Street restaurant Edulis earlier in the year, we felt that the time was right to pay them a little visit and see how they were getting along. On a balmy summer’s night we decided to put our bellies in their capable hands, and goodness me! We were most impressed. The pictures below are from the smaller of the two Carte Blanche menus.
