The lovely Donatella Cinelli Colombini at Le Sommelier’s Liberty Village offices
Donatella Cinelli Colombini‘s wines have been favourites of mine ever since I was first introduced to them when I was purchasing the wines for the much lamented Jamie Kennedy Wine Bar on Church Street, Toronto.
I’ll never forget the day they arrived, as it was a rather sizable order, and with it being the summer, our slower time of the year, my wine room was bursting at the seams!
And so it was with great pleasure I was given the opportunity to sit down and talk about the philosophies behind her two Tuscan wineries, and just why it is that she only employs female staff there.
