Toronto-based author Nettie Cronish may be best known for her flexitarian approach to vegetarian cooking, where meats can be added or removed to accommodate carnivore members of the family or guests. In her latest book, Nourish, Cronish has teamed up with registered dietician and nutritionist Cara Rosembloom, to focus on the health benefits of preparing dishes with seeds, nuts and beans.
