Located in Domfront, Normandy, the “chais du verger normand”, in collaboration with the Drouin family, Calvados Comte Louis de Lauriston produce some of the greatest Domfrontais Calvados, along with Cider, Poiré and Pommeau de Normandie.

Cider

Lauriston Cider is blend of 30 varieties including: domaine, mettais, clos renaut, rambaud, vaicherelle, cimetiere, argile grise, Busquet, Saint Martin, moulin à vent, Noël des champs, Fresquin, locard.

Poiré

$17.50 Poiré 6 x 750ml
This is a blend of 10 varieties including plant de blanc, poire de grise, poire de cloche, antricotin, and muscadet.

Domfrontais Calvados AOC

Domfrontais Clavados represents 1% of Calvados production and requires a minimum of 30% pears in the blend. Distillation is in a columnar still. The pear requirement yields a very different flavor profile from Calvados AOC and Calvados Pays d’Auge.

  • Reserve Calvados Domfrontais: $60 3 x 700ml (aged a minimum of 3 years)
  • 90% Poire Calvados Domfrontais: $90 3 x 700ml
  • Hors d’Age Calvados Domfrontais: $150 3 x 700ml (aged a minimum of 12 years)
  • 20 year old Calvados Domfrontais $205 3 x 700ml
