For the first time in North America, famous chocolate makers Barry Callebaut and MadeWithLove Exclusive will hold a two-day course at the new culinary school Maison Christian Faure in the Old Port of Montreal. Students will learn the theory of mixology and chocolate, as well as practical applications, recipes and in-class demonstrations with Master Chocolatier Philippe Vancayseele and mixologist Sam Dalcourt.
