As much as many an Ontario producer will espouse the virtues of Ontario Cabernet Franc, I truly believe that there is nothing like a Cab Franc from Chinon in the Loire Valley.
With this in mind we paid a visit to the house of Couly-Dutheil, where we met with the amiable Jean Couly-Dutheil, tasting through his wines and then enjoying his commentary.
