Just last week I had the privilege to dine at Chef Massimo Bottura’s famed Osteria Francescana in Modena, Emilia Romagna, Italy. Chef Bottura is widely acknowledged as being one of the finest Chefs in Europe and his three Michelin star restaurant is placed at Number Five in San Pellegrino’s list of the world’s best restaurants.

After a spectacular meal, detailed in the pictures below, Chef Bottura was kind enough to grant me the time for a quick video interview…
