Having previously championed the wonders of Langdon Hall‘s Summer Barbecue series, we were especially delighted to discover that Chef Martin Juneau of Montreal’s acclaimed Pastaga restaurant would be visiting as Guest Chef upon the Friday evening we had chosen for our annual journey out to Cambridge.
The day after his guest appearance Chef Juneau was gracious enough to take some time away from his poolside family duties to sit down for a Good Food Revolution interview where he was happy to discuss the secrets of his Gaspé ceviché, his thoughts on a Canadian culinary identity, and much more.
