We’re incredibly excited to have our good friend Daniel Usher chef/proprietor of The 47 (formerly Ortolan) take over the kitchen at Hi Lo tonight, Monday May 4th. He’s bringing his characteristic style of simple, ingredient driven and expertly executed food to the East Side for a night of great snacks, killer tunes and East-West camaraderie. We love hanging out with Daniel and eating his food so we thought we’d share that with our regulars and the neighbourhood.
