Back in January we took a drive down to Niagara to go through a tasting with Winemaker Emma Garner from Beamsville Bench winery Thirty Bench.
After a great sampling of the new releases we cajoled Emma into shooting a short interview where she explained the challenges of the 2018 harvest, all the way from the picking of the grapes for their sparkling program back in August to the icewine harvest that she had just wrapped up.
