I’ve always had time for a solid, classic Cahors, and sadly we don’t see too many of them in Ontario these days.
Having always been particularly fond of the house style at Château Lamartine, it was with great pleasure I recently interviewed both Lise and Benjamin Gayraud, sister and brother, and the newest generation of the family responsible for the vinous Malbec-based wonders of this great house.
