In this episode of Broad Strokes with Christopher Sealy, we share a moment with wine maker Emilio Zierock. Emilio is one of three children from the winery Azienda Agricola Foradori in Trentino – Alto Adige, Italy. Up until recently it has been Elisabetta Foradori, the chief protagonist behind these much loved and quality wines. Inspiring many and mentoring a few in the ways of farming with nature in mind. Over the last decade, Emilio, one of Elisabetta’s three children has gradually moved into the role as Chief Winemaker. Forever focused on biodynamics with a strong connection to nature we get to know Emilio in his own way. His mother now has time to engage in other agricultural projects within the family business.
