Author, broadcaster and multiple Guinness Book of World Records holder Bob Blumer was back in town, this time promoting an expanded version of Pizza on the Grill, the definitive work on making pizza on the barbecue he co-authored with Elizabeth Karmel. I caught up with Bob for a coffee and a chat over the din of traffic and streetcars on College Street to shoot the video below about his particular BBQ pizza technique and how he and Karmel perfected a unique gluten-free crust for the expanded version of the book.
