This week we feature an extended interview with the lovely Danielle Ciomyk from Aberdeen Acres Homestead Farm in Eugenia, Ontario. We have been singing the praises of Danielle and her husband, Gordy, for some time now, so we felt it would be only right to feature them in a Good Food Revolution video interview, as they are such a wonderful part of our community out here in the Beaver Valley.
Danielle explains her journey from suburban Richmond Hill, via a degree in Bio-resource Management from Guelph, to where she is today, as well as the benefits and challenges of deciding to take the less-travelled self-sufficient path.
