Just last week Vigneron Charles Baker released his quite frankly stunning 2012 Picone Vineyard Riesling through the LCBO. Seeing as he has always been a great supporter of Good Food Revolution since our formative days, we were happy to get the man on camera to tell us what makes this particular release so special.
For the record, I think that it could very well be his best wine yet!

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… And that bottle was really quite delightful. And I’m repeating myself, but I think it may be CB’s best wine yet.
