Maintaining the traditions of the +100 year-old wine family, Babich Black Label is made from only estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, encapsulating the bright citrus, fleshy tropical fruit, and herbal profile of the Marlborough New Zealand style. Lime, gooseberry, and black currant fruit leap from the glass to your palate with great intensity, closing in a mouth-watering finish of minerality, herbal notes and lingering fruit. A dynamite match for roast turkey or chicken, classic pairings like mussels or oysters, or try it with different styles of cuisine like mild chicken korma with crispy poppadums. Herb-rubbed goat cheese and baguette is another classic pairing.
