Just the other week Arlene Stein donned her Chef’s whites and was given a step-by-step demonstration of Oliver-Bonacini Executive Chef Anthony Walsh‘s Mother-In-Law’s recipe for Basque chicken (as perfected at Biff’s according to Ms. Stein.) Good Food Revolution bravely followed her and Chef Walsh into the busy kitchen of Toronto’s acclaimed Canoe restaurant in an attempt to capture the proceedings.
