2019 Parés Baltá Indigena
Made from 100% Grenache, the grapes come from the Les Torres estate lying at an altitude of 615 m.
Herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers are not used in the cultivation of the vines. The sheep owned by the winery serve as natural fertilizers. In addition, they use homeopathic preparations for pest control, based on the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The wine is aged 5 months in new and second use French oak.
It has a complex aroma of floral violets and red fruit. On the palate, the fruit is also prominent, leaving subtle hints of spice and hints of toasted nuts. Surprisingly long aftertaste that is very versatile with food.

2019 Fattoria dei Barbi – Brusco dei Barbi
A great entry level wine from a top Tuscan producer.
This wine is made from 90% Sangiovese grapes and aged in stainless steel.
A bright fruit nose presents red berries wild strawberries, with floral notes.
On the palate it is very fresh and easy drinking
It’s a very versatile wine that pairs with , cured pork cuts, fresh cheeses and traditional pizzas.

2015 Dehesa La Granja -1.5L
Inspired by the great terroir of Zamora, plus the underground tunnels found excavated underneath the farm. This place is the winning combination of an ideal above-ground climate and soil for grape growing, along with a perfect underground climate and temperature for wine aging.
Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, the wine spends 2 years in American oak.
The result is a wine powerful in the mouth, flavourful, meaty and well structured. Endowed with ripe, sweet and high-quality tannins.
