Please indulge me and allow me to tell you a funny little story:
We started Good Food Revolution almost 10 years ago, and despite having worked closely with our Good Food Fighter Lifford Wine & Spirits (Echeverría‘s importer) over that past decade, until now we have never been able to pin down Winemaker Roberto Echeverría for an interview.
I say “until now”, as two weeks back at i4C 2019 we eventually managed to coerce him into heading out into the vineyard and having a chat about all things Echeverría… and it was well worth the wait! What a character.
