I’ve always been intrigued by the wines of La Clape, Languedoc; both the whites and reds often exhibit a structure and elegance that is quite singular for the region, and utterly fascinate me.
On a recent trip to the region I had the opportunity to break bread and share some wine with the lovely Marion Paux Rosset of Chateau De La Négly, who explained to me what (in her mind) makes this subregion so very special.
