Last week we took a delightful trip up Highway 7 to chef Brad Long‘s year-old Belong Sharbot Lake, located in, you guessed it, Sharbot Lake, located in Central Frontenac, Eastern Ontario.
His new restaurant has been open for just over a year now, so we quizzed him about what he’s learned through opening a restaurant in such rural environs, how his menu has evolved since opening, and how his wonderful family has assisted him with the entire project.
