This week sees us sit down with Cave Spring winemaker Gabriel Demarco to taste through the new 2019 Cave Spring CSV Estate Grown Riesling available through the Cave Spring website for $31.95.

Having followed this particular wine since its very first release, I was rather eager to taste this latest offering of one of Canada’s most iconic Rieslings.
