This week we sit down for a tasting of the 2019 Poliziano Rosso di Montepulciano with the youthful Franco Carletti, part of the new generation taking the reins at this well regarded Tuscan house.

The wine is currently available through LCBO Vintages for $20.95, and serves as a superbly accessible introduction to the oft-misunderstood wines of Montepulciano.
