This week sees us sit down with Mitolo‘s Aaron Fruin and Winemaker Luke Mallaby to discuss in depth their 2018 “Jester” Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine currently available across Ontario through Vintages for a very reasonable $19.95.

Aaron and Luke also discuss Mitolo’s history, the unique terroirs of Mclaren Vale, how the pandemic impacted things at the winery, climate change, and how the recent harvest has been for them.
