The Guardians of the Garnatxa is a band of intergenerational Puiggròs winegrowers who teamed together to safeguard their ancient Garnatxa vineyards.
Northeastern Spain’s Rising Star
Generation after generation, Puiggròs is committed to hand-harvesting only the best fruits, and fermenting each vineyard separately in stainless steel, French barrels, and clay amphoras to uncover the vines’ full potential. Their wines see little to no sulfites until bottling to withhold the integrity of low-intervention winemaking.
The Exedra collection below is fermented exclusively in amphora, with a small portion of the Exedra Negre fermented in concrete. Taste the difference!
