This week we take another trip to Chile to taste with French winemaker Emmanuel Riffaud. At Escudo Rojo in the Maipo Valley, Riffaud makes some rather elegant and well-crafted wines at some seriously accessible price points, and this 2019 Carménère Reserva is no exception at a staggering $17.95.
