Never one to rest of his (undeniably admirable) laurels, Winemaker Craig McDonald has once again raised the bar when it comes to his Trius rosé.
The 2015 vintage is a 75%/25% blend of Gamay and Syrah, and it presses all the correct buttons for us rosé lovers here at Good Food Revolution… especially when served alongside a charcuterie platter.
Last weekend Malcolm and I took a trip out to the Niagara-On-The-Lake winery to glean some information from the man himself about this exciting brand new release.
