Celebrating the Inaugural release of Le Vieux Pin Syrah Cuvée Classique.
It’s big, it’s powerful.
Cuvée Classique shows the dark, savory side of Syrah. It is all about the spice, pepper notes and darker fruit profile that this noble grape variety can show us, when cared for and grown in select terroir. According to Chinese philosophy, yin and yang, which are commonly used as “yin-yang”, describes how opposite or contrary forces are actually complementary.
Our Syrah shows a spectrum of personality. From the elegant and finesseed Syrah Cuvée Violette (yin); to the balanced Syrah Cuvée Equinoxe (yin-yang).
And now the addition of power (yang) with the Syrah Cuvée Classique.
