Every time I visit Vienna for Vievinum I discover a plethora of exciting new wineries (well, new to me that is!), and my last trip there was no exception. I was pointed in the direction of Winemaker Ingrid Groiss‘ booth, where I had the opportunity to taste through the entire range of her Weinviertel white wines.
Suitably impressed with what was in the bottles, later that day I managed to pin her down and interview her on camera for Good Food Revolution.
