Margot Henderson and Melanie Arnold from London’s celebrated Rochelle Canteen are coming to Toronto to participate in the 2014 Terroir Symposium on Monday, May 12. Arlene Stein, the Chair of the annual conference, which this year also features appearances by Daniel Boulud, David Chang, Albert Adria and scores of chefs from across Canada, The United States and Europe, has asked Henderson and Arnold to come a little early and cook a special mother’s day luncheon on the Sunday before. Stein explains, “This is a great way for people who can’t participate in Monday’s day-long symposium to experience a little bit of the spirit of Terroir.” She expects many industry insiders and visiting delegates to attend the event at The Geraldine in Parkdale. Details on the brunch are below.
