Join us at Café Boulud for the first of our Guest Chef Dinner series as Chef Tyler Shedden welcomes Chef Michael; Caballo and Tobey Nemeth of Edulis Restaurant. Chef Caballo brings to our table his passion for wild foods, mushroom foraging, and influences from his Spanish heirtage.
Together, the chefs present a a five-course menu inspired by the cuisine of the Basque region, which straddles the border of Spain and France. To accompany the meal, Café Boulud Wine Director Drew Walker and Edulis’ Tobey Nemeth will curate an optional wine pairing featuring wines hailing from Spain and France.
