Valrhona, one of France’s renowned luxury chocolate producer is having their first chocolate dinner here in Toronto.
Join Chef Eyal Liebmann and Sommelier Rebecca Liebmann along with Rosewood Estates Winery on Saturday August 10th from 6pm – 10pm for an unforgettable tasting menu featuring Valrhona chocolate. The Chocolate Dinner Party is the brainchild of Chef Eyal Liebmann who is a skilled pâtissier and clearly a lover for chocolate. After spending years in great kitchens ( Harbour Sixty, Didier & Bohmer) Chef Eyal continuously experimented with making unique and savoury chocolate dishes. The dinner will feature creative savoury chocolate dishes that Chef Eyal has been tinkering with for years.
The 6 course tasting menu will feature different Valrhona chocolates in each dish that have been masterfully paired with Rosewood wines by Sommelier Rebecca Liebmann. Abbey Sharp, of Abbey’s Kitchen will be on hand to guide you through the tasting as well.
