Yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as good food radio, and it’s hanging out on Saturday mornings on the old amplitude modulation setting of six hundred and forty hosted by Christine Cardoso and heard all around Upper Canada. And when Christine invited Jamie Drummond and me to appear on the December 8 edition of her food culture radio show, Cravings on AM 640, to talk about GFR, we agreed on the condition that we would get to interview her, too, in her studio on the lakeshore at Corus Quay.
