After becoming a little disillusioned with his career in the legal world, Dmitri turned to one of his true passions, beer… and so Spearhead was born.
Within just over 12 months Spearhead have earned some amazing Ontario market penetration with their distinctive Hawaiian Pale Ale being served in some of the province’s very best beer-focused establishments. Not only that, but the brewery has also been the recipient of a couple of prestigious awards recently…
We sat down with Dmitri over a pint of beer (naturally) at Parkdale’s Rhino to discuss his inspiration, philosophy (“Beer Without Boundaries”) and his plans to release two new beers in the coming months.
Oh, and their Hawaiian Pale Ale will be available in six-packs at the LCBO sometime this week!
