Declan O’Driscoll won a James Beard award for his documentary on raw milk champion Michael Schmidt. Now he’s embarked on a mission to make a documentary series based on Jon Steinman’s Nelson BC-based radio show and podcast Deconstrutinig Dinner. O’Driscoll and Steinman have turned to Kickstarter.com to raise money to finance part of the project, and in the video below I (somewhat cruelly) convince O’Driscoll to step from behind to in front of the camera to explain the project. (Sorry Declan, that was a bit of an ambush!)
