Near and neat: vodkas from Prince Edward County and Concord, sake from downtown Toronto. Chef Jamie Kennedy and Rebecca LeHeup of the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance invite you to a Gilead Cocktail Party! There are very exciting things happening locally in the world of distilling, and it’s just the beginning of a great new era for Ontario gastronomy. Part of our ongoing Local Food Movement series, this event is a celebration of local producers and a chance not only to taste their wares, but to hear about their methods and stories first hand. Instead of our typical dinner structure, guests will gather to enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail of their choice. Additional beverages will be available at a cash bar. The Gilead lounge transformation will be complete with the vocal stylings of Antony John (a.k.a. the Manic Organic of Soiled Reputation Farm!)
