The 2011 vintage of our much coveted South Clos Chardonnay makes its debut Saturday, July 6th, 2013.
Crafted from a selection of barrels from the South vineyards this wine is an exquisite example of what our terroir has to offer:
Peach, ripe melon, tropical fruit with a hint of cream or custard. Mid-palate is fleshy, weighted but fresh. Flint in the finish. Good length.
Cellar for 3+ years. Fermented and aged in French oak for 17 months.
